Do you fully accept yourself?

Do you fully and completely accept yourself?  Or do you accept only certain parts of yourself?  Well, for many years I only accepted certain parts of myself, and it wasn’t until the last week I learned how I have hindered myself through all these year.  Here is my story….

So for many years I have struggled with being worthy of success. In fact this goes back to my childhood. So as you can imagine my view of success is a wide variety of things: making the the soccer team, student government, being apart of the “popular crowd”, type of education I received, and the list goes on and on. It wasn’t until the other day, I was able to shed these layers and truly accept me for who I am.

Over these many years, I consciously did not accept my worth of success because I feared people’s opinion of me would change. Until the other day, I realized God made me the person I am meant to be. He provided me with my family and the lifestyle. He blessed me with truly incredible parents, who have taught me many valuable lessons around success. I no longer need to be ashamed of this in my life. I am truly blessed for the inspiration I received. For now, it is time for me to step into my LIGHT God has for me.

If you are struggle with accepting portion of yourself. I challenge you too look at that piece within your life and see how those experience have made you the woman you are today.

Make it a powerful one!!
