Have you lost sight of yourself? I know as woman that it is difficult at times to show ourselves some self love. Our lives are busy taking care of our loved ones that we forget to take care of ourselves. I know from personal experience that it is easy to put my needs on the back burner. As time goes on, my bucket becomes empty and either I get depressed or feel a sense of emptiness or I am not a happy MAMA!! HAHA! You know what I mean.
It is important to take time out for yourself so you can start to reconnect with yourself. Within these moments you start to rekindle that love for yourself and give yourself permission to tap into doing things that you love! Your bucket becomes full once again, and you can go out and start serving your loved ones again.
So my challenge to you is to reconnect with yourself this week. Write in a journal your thoughts and feelings. Express your fears and what excites you. Start writing down things you used to love doing or dreams you have wanted to pursue. Just write and start exploring the possibilities! Now, these thoughts and feelings may not be all positive at first, haha, but we will work on that as our journey continues.
You are worth it!
